You can't use this thing to scrub with a lot of pressure, and it doesn't spin all that fast on either setting. I always use it on high when I use it. The other issue is where to source any replacement heads when yours wear out. That said... I find this thing to be pretty useful. There's plenty of filth that needs cleaned and comes off easily enough with a brushing and some degreaser but scrubbing it yourself takes a long time and is tedious. I've used this on our shower and on the floors where there had built up a compaction of grease and dirt from working fast food. In both cases this worked well to clean up the mess. It also makes pretty light work of corners that can be hard to get a towel into with your fingers. You probably wouldn't want to use this on a large area, like the entire kitchen floor, but for spot cleaning or a counter or perhaps a neglected mirror or window, it's pretty good. I don't like sticking things to my wall so I don't use the included holder, but you can fold the handle up and set it down with the brush facing up. The brush heads are not that easy to get off (then again I'm not all that strong), but they're not too obnoxious. I basically stick with the brushes, though. I have 3 of them and they seem the least likely to wear out on me. I hold it by the main body rather than the handle most of the time. To avoid having the motor bog down I tilt the brush in the direction of the mess I want to clean rather than hold it level or flat. This works well enough for my taste. I like it. Sure beats manual labor with a small brush like I'd been doing before. ... show more

I felt silly ordering this but wow, it really does make light work of doing the dishes. The battery lasts quite a while and so far it's holding up to my general abuse without flinching.

This handheld rechargeable spin scrubber arrived within a day. I didn’t have the highest of hopes when I noticed errors in the text of the box- “A variety of brush head clean labor-saving” This was an immediate sign this scrubber wasn’t go to be amazing. It is rechargeable which is a nice feature and it comes with 4 heads- two with bristles, one with a sponge, and another with a sponge that has a green scrubber on it. However it really lacks power and any amount of pressure really bogs the motor down. But if you don’t have hard stains and are just looking for a little help for cleaning, this is good enough and cheap enough it could be worth it. ... show more

    • Spin Scrubber Works and Does Work in Water
It did come partially charged, but I went ahead and did a complete charge before I used it. The seller site says it charges completely in 2 hours and the charge is good for about a full hour of cleaning. Well, I didn't use it that long so I can't say if it does. The are two spin speeds and even on the low one, it did clean off grime. This is perfect for cleaning tops of stoves and pan interiors. It comes with brushes and different scrub pads to make the cleaning easy. According to the seller site, the scrubber is completely submersible with an IPX7 water resistance rating. What this means is that you should be able to submerge it in water for about 30 minutes. If you do plan on doing something like that, there's a little rubber plug that protects the place where you connect the cable for charging. Make sure that this plug is snugly in place because I don't think it would be good if water got into where the charging cable connects. It could damage the scrubber. The only thing I might have changed would be to give it a longer folding handle (one that you could use short or long) so you could more easily clean hard-to-reach corners. The media could not be loaded. The electric scrubber servers many functions! I used the bristle brush to deep clean kitchen surfaces. Then I switch to the sponge attachment to scrub dishes. It truly does the hard work for you and almost makes cleaning fun. I get so sad when I forget to recharge it! I have another that I use in the bathroom. ... show more
