This product is good for restoring the power of the diesel car. My car has 70k mile and just want to try some products to clean the engine. This product increase the power of the diesel right away. The car responds a lot faster. On the mileage side..is the same as before.

I got this to add something to the fuel I get. I've had issues in the past with algae growing in diesel fuel, so I got this more as a stop gap measure to prevent it from happening. Many of the diesel fuel nozzles at stations are covered in a black stuff. Well, odds are that is algae my friends. You put it into the fill pipe and some of it rubs off and goes into your tank and presto, you now have an algae farm growing. Plus, I use bio diesel sometimes, and while lower cost, runs fine, it also is more susceptible to algae growing in it. I also have times when I'll leave my truck parked for a week or 2. Great opportunity for the algae to grow. So, I put this in with fuel and odds are it won't get the chance to take root. I have not seen that the vehicle runs better; and there isn't any improvement in fuel economy, but then I wasn't expecting it to. Nothing has dropped either. ... show more
