Reading some reviews and looking at other counterparts on Amazon, I figured I'd take my chances with this throttle body and thank goodness I did. This fit my 2016 Jeep Compass easily and it came with everything needed in the box. My mechanic was able to make the repair easily and it works without any issues at all. My car would hardly accelerate at all. The code reader said it was the throttle position sensor, so I bought this throttle body replacement. It only took 30 minutes to replace, and my car runs like new. The only thing I was disappointed in was that it didn't come with a new gasket. Assuming your here for the same VW engine code, and saw the $700 price tag from VW, then this is what you're looking for. Easy to install even for someone inexperienced, and for some reason at 1/10th the price, it works. Feels like an OEM part, and functions as such.

My daughter's 2009 Beetle started running codes and going into limp home mode. Research of the codes indicated the throttle body, but a good clean on her's simply didn't work. So, I took a chance here on this one based on the good reviews-and it paid off. The throttle body itself was packed/protected well (a good sign) and seemed to be a quality part in actual construction and finish (a better sign). Once installed, it worked great right-throttle response was significantly better, the engine ran noticeably better, and the codes on my daugher's VW Beetle were gone.
