it's very hard to find 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets for a cot. They served their purpose for visitors who probably would not have known the different between these and higher thread count. Wash these before you use and know that they do shed a lot.

These sheets are nice and soft. They are a little loose on the fold out cot but I knew they would be by the dimensions so I don't hold that as a flaw. Easy to clean, too.

These are advertised as "cot" sheets. I actually use them on a larger bed...not as a mattress cover but as sheets that snuggle up to me to keep me warm when I don't need the full-fledged quilt/comforter that will be utilized as winter slowly takes over. A lot of time, sheets are pretty thin and can actually act as conduits that allow cool air to reach your skin. These sheets, however, are thick enough to provide warmth if you toss off the heavier covering. Not a bad investment at all...summer or winter. ... show more
