These are made very well. I like the strap that goes behind my hand, so I don't have to chase them if I lose my grip. Great value as well. I will be buying a second set for my daughter.

Easy to put together. Yes, minor assembly required. You don't have to add the straps. I did just to try them, and I do like them. There is the option to remove them if you try them and do not like the straps. Regardless, perfect for me. Gives great resistance. I like having my own equipment. Never did before. Reasonably priced - variety of colors available. So far just as advertised. So glad I finally took the plunge. I run my belt strap thru the handle and makes transport so easy. ... show more
