Great and cheap gift for Lego builders, or car guys, but beware this is NOT lego, can NOT guarantee you will have all the pieces in the box! Got mismatched pieces had to improvise, missing tire, etc.

I enjoyed putting car together however a couple peices were missing, part of instructions missing, for electrical assembly missing, this is my fourth car kit also my worst, for the price i still expect a complete kit.

This racing car built was so much fun for my kids to build. The instructions are very clear and it took a couple of hours for them to complete. All of the pieces are very vibrant, colorful, and give a lot of style to the car. The car is functional and can be rolled around and controlled with the steering wheel. Liked: Fun build good value for size of build vs price Nice looking final model all in black Cons: The building instructions are not always clear on where a pin or part goes but I was able to look a few steps ahead and generally figure out the correct location for each part. So many stickers!!! I just didn't put them on, it looks good without them. The differential does not turn freely on one side due to friction from parts that don't fit as precisely as similar builds from the major brand. It does turn but the car doesn't roll freely because of this friction. I tried to fix the spacing but the parts just don't quite fit right. ... show more
