I bought this a a few weeks ago, today I dropped my phone while on my bike and before I could get to it, a GMC Yukon XL drove over it. I was of course sure that my phone was done for. Picked it up saw the case was still fully intact and screen protector was a bit fractured but I could use it and it was responsive. Took the screen protector off case off and my phone is still in pristine condition like nothing happened. The case took the full force and damage from a car that weighed a few thousand pounds. Wow. A nice side profile, still slim looking despite being a card holding case. I worried if it would be slippery due to the plastic, but the rubber also runs along all sides so there is a decent amount of grip. I wasn't sure how I'd like the stripe design on the top but it's very subtle and a nice tactile area if you need to be fiddling with something. Card slot can fit 3 cards, even though the box says only 2. The slider door is a little stiff, but at least that means it's not gonna go flying open! One odd thing I have just encountered though is where the plastic meets the rubber in one of the bottom corners has become "clicky". It doesn't look like anything has warped, but when I press that corner, the plastic makes a clicky noise as if it's loose in that area. (I have checked to make sure it's not the slider door nor the card in the slot making the noise.) This doesn't happen on the other corner. All I did was take off the case to apply a screen protector and then put the case back on. Perhaps because of the pressure when pushing the case off, the adhesive between the rubber and plastic came apart? But if so, that's a little disappointing. Not going to return or anything, because it's ultimately not a big deal and I can live with it. But something to be aware of. ... show more

I am on my 4th case. I really hope they never discontinue this, it has been the best case I have ever bought. I carry my phone, Drivers License and two cards. It is super protective yet slim. It lasts a long time, I think they last about 1-2 years and probably longer if I didn’t drop my phone so much! On all the drops, my phone has never been damaged with this case on. ... show more

I have been buying this phone case for several generations' worth of iPhones & am so happy to have a phone case that eliminates the need for a wallet; this case easily holds three cards, possibly a folded bill as well if needed. I have had a few different colors over the years but the quality has been consistent, which is why I've just re-purchased this case after my previous one broke (due to my error, not an issue with the quality!). The only complaint I have is that the bevel around the screen is not the best in terms of protection. When dropped face-down, these cases do not prevent cracking or scratching on the screen, so I would only recommend with the combination of a glass screen protector! But the lenses, back/corners, side buttons, & port/speaker/mic have always been well-protected, so this is a minor flaw as far as I'm concerned. And even though the design is not necessarily my style, the functionality of the case far outweighs that! Very, very highly recommend this phone case! ... show more

I've used this before and the first version worked really well but I had to upgrade when I bought a new phone. The second one eventually broke (the back kept falling off, dropping my license and cards randomly (not good!) so I purchased a replacement. This third one, however, also keeps falling apart. The back keeps coming out of the grove and fell off completely recently, dropping my license and card. I was able to pop it back in but am leery of how secures my ID and CCs are now. ... show more
