This is my second Speidel watch. The other one was smaller, worked just fine but I wanted a bigger one. This one is perfect! Great size, easy to read, comfortable and easy to clean.

**Update#2, I contacted Speidel, they sent me a replacement which had the same problem of the second hand occasionally not lining up with the tic marks. So it's likely not just a single defective watch, but a general sign of poor quality. Definitely not worth the money, don't buy this watch. **update: knocked this down to 1 star from 3, the second hand no longer lines up with the tic lines around the face of the watch. This makes the watch essentially useless as a clinical tool, it's too difficult to count rates. The button on the side has popped out a few times as well, stopping the watch and forcing the wearer to reset it. I would not recommend this watch to any medical professional. Really wish I could return it.** Original review: This is a good idea, the watch has all the features I want on paper, but the comfort of this watch is lacking. It's huge, my wrist is not that small, and it's just massive. That's great for being able to read it but it is very heavy as a result. The face won't stay in place even if I wear it tight, it is not a comfortable shape. It's also a little tough to program the date, but doable if you read the manual. Not sure if I want to return it yet, the setup of the watch is exactly what I've been looking for to wear when I'm at the hospital (easy to clean, clear marks, color differences dividing 15sec increments, 24 hour numbering, day and date) and it's in my price range. I just wish the watch was lighter and the shape more ergonomic. ... show more

band is well made and everything. the design needs a bit more refinement. the band is like 3/16"-1/4" thick. so are the strap holders which really bites into the soft part of your wrist. its very chunky band wise when on you have this 3/4" chunk of silicone under your wrist which kinda makes it hard to type. set the watch last night and grabed breakfest and cross checked time with cell... it was about 1minute behind... easy past fix just pull stem rotate to +1min, push stem back in. gtg for the day! this watch is a very 1920's design, yet very useful for everyday vs kill that very exspensive smartwatch. its even is probly same movement and product made in the 20's just rebranded. I would recomend buying one and grabbing a nylon climber style wrap brand. ... show more
