Wired to a F405V3, configured in betaflight (CLI worked for me). CLI settings are different than the TX800. Remember anytime the VTX is powered up (battery is connected and it's wired to the FC) an antennae has to be connected! Been googling with this on a build for several days was only getting 500 mw at first finally got it to 900 but not near 1600 mw and speedy Bee is trying to tell me they don't ship overseas to contact security cam 2000. But it'll work for what I need.
