    • It's good for a kids smart watch and good value
Bought this along with a kid's smart watch. Was able to get it activated and test it in the smart watch in about 15 minutes. You do need a credit card to activate but it is not charged. (It says $0.00 fee). I checked my bank and it has a $1.00 and another $-1.00 transactions (so the net is zero). It's probably because they want to make sure it is an adult that activates the card. Tested calling from and to the card with the new phone number given and it works. So, it works as advertised. Make sure you save the documentation and also the big card that contains the SIM number, you may need it in the future. (Yes, some of you are not comfortable with the credit card thing. I understand.) Update 01: I finally download the mobile app that is used for manage the account. It appears that it's on auto -fill - in a way it is a good thing, and explain why they asked for a CC during activation. Going to need to wait until the end of the month to find out. I can't really say this is a bad product. I have no idea how it works but it was what was recommended for the watch I bought my child. apparently the watch was a waste of money and no sim card actually works with it.

I got this for my 9 yr old kids smart watch. I got it activated and everything and it doesn't work. I don't know if it's not compatible for their watches are what. I wouldn't recommend this.

Didn’t work for me, I could never have the watch connected to tower. I live 1 mile away from Tmobile tower. I guess this needs few more years to work great..
