Great SIM card and easy to setup. Note that you cannot purchase more than 1 per order or when asked to input the order number during activation, the one order number you have will apply to multiple cards, which prevents you from being able to activate them. I learned this the hard way and despite calling the support line, it was a nightmare and I was told to await an email after having wasted an hour explaining the situation to multiple customer service reps. Ultimately, I didn’t ever see any email and just bought 5 replacement cards, but made sure to do so one at a time. ... show more

    • Shelf life had expired
I originally ordered 2 sim cards for 10 dollars each. Then I tried to activate one of them and got a message saying that the shelf life had expired. So I tried the other one and it to had expired. So then, I contacted support and spent more time than expected (about 45 mins) trying to get replacements. My replacement cards arrived very quickly (2 days) and I tried one of the raids the day I received them and received the same dang error message. I've never had an issue like this before with any mobile carrier including speedtalk. Now they are 0/4... ... show more

Using in a unlocked phone for my daughter. It worked immediately and I haven't had any issues with it. Really great deal for someone who doesn't use a lot of minutes, but needs unlimited texts. Service is fantastic where we live.

Ported from Cricket, ported my number, easy process, texting works, but data was outrageously slow and calls never worked. Customer service was not helpful at all. Would not recommend.

    • Easy to set up and low cost option for connecting with desktop phones.
Super easy to set up and get started. We used this in combination with a desktop phone for an elderly relative. She is in a care facility that does not have phones and we were able to set up the desktop phone she had been using for the last 20 years. Would definitely buy this again for this purpose.

updated March 2023: finally fed up. My virtual CC number , unique to this SIM card, kept getting hacked. 2 times. So finally discontinued Speedtalk. Watch out with this company -- your CC will get stolen. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice -- shame on me, no more speedtalk. -----was 5 , now 2 stars. Group text starting failing, so did MMS ( sending a photo ). I contacted support, they said this device doesn't support MMS ? it did with t-mobile. At least they answered the phone quickly and I did speak with a human being. However I will likely drop this -- cause I do need to send photos! and do group texts. REVIEW WAS: so I bought this off amazon, looking for cheap phone since I rarely surf, no apps, bought a refurb android and this initial monthly sim. I have t-mobile prepaid on another phone , that's 10 cents per anything, this is 2 cents. Seems like a no brainer. I did have to provide a CC for auto-renew, 10$ a month is the cheapest . Logged into their website , entered the info, plugged in the sim ( phone off ), powered up.... and 3 minutes later... bam! phone active. New phone # , all working. text away and go out and play. Outstanding and painless. Micro-sim card fit perfectly ( also has regular sim ). Easy to unsnap card. ... show more
