When I try to text someone I get a message saying “Message blocking active“. The cell signal comes and goes,making calling someone a little tedious. Overall very disappointed. Looks like other people are having the same problem.

was 5 , now 2 stars. Group text starting failing, so did MMS ( sending a photo ). I contacted support, they said this device doesn't support MMS ? it did with t-mobile. At least they answered the phone quickly and I did speak with a human being. However I will likely drop this -- cause I do need to send photos! and do group texts. REVIEW WAS: so I bought this off amazon, looking for cheap phone since I rarely surf, no apps, bought a refurb android and this initial monthly sim. I have t-mobile prepaid on another phone , that's 10 cents per anything, this is 2 cents. Seems like a no brainer. I did have to provide a CC for auto-renew, 10$ a month is the cheapest . Logged into their website , entered the info, plugged in the sim ( phone off ), powered up.... and 3 minutes later... bam! phone active. New phone # , all working. text away and go out and play. Outstanding and painless. Micro-sim card fit perfectly ( also has regular sim ). Easy to unsnap card. ... show more

I never have a problem with these at set up. Things always start right up. My BIG problem is my son gets phone calls all day to the point where I have to mute his watch. Therefore I can not call him because it's on silent. Pretty much just boils down to he can only call me in an emergency which is why I have it. School lockdowns or whatever. But it would be nice to call my son if I felt like it and he heard it. But I can't he gets so annoyed he turns off his watch. I got the watch because no teacher or whatever can take it away and no cellphone distraction. So it would be nice if I can block all people but me and select few so he can keep the sound on or not power off. ... show more

- Bad signal & slow internet connection. - Missing receiving SMS. - You can request to speak supervisor but they only hold you while and says the supervisor will call you back. - They don't call you back. - Worst customer service experience with a bunch of lies and customer support based in India. - No company retail stores in USA. Port-out meaning move from speedtalkmobile to another provider, you need to get your account number and pin for the provide your new carrier. Unfortunately, they are not giving you this information, and they stay playing with you! How? let me explain, First, you need to call them and they will say you can't get this information by the phone and you need to go to speedtalkmobile website and request by form, then you will receive an SMS message and SMS message it says Please, Contact support. When you call them, they are asking for your order, a receipt for the SIM card by email after email to them the receipt they will request $10 for port out fee if you want to leave them before 90 days as they said! But if you stay with them for more than 90 days and request to put out your number to another carrier, then they will start the same game again, but at the end of the game, they are requesting a $10 port out fee! - 90-day rule: they don't let you get your number port out, they are requesting a stay with them 90 days or pay with credit card $10 for port out a fee with proof of purchase receipt! -More than 90 days rule: they don't let you get your account number and pin you need to provide to them purchase receipt after they got the receipt they will ask to you by email $10 port out fee! ... show more

I bought it and work perfectly for 2 months. After that the line stopped working and paid reconnection fee and refill and still not working. Customer service kept asking me for my IMEI to see if my phone was 'compatible' with their system. BS! That's how you get hacke. They didn't want to give me refund. And then my card started getting charged for $90 dollar games in Google play. Be careful people!! I would not recommend buying this. Go to your local phone provider. ... show more
