Once I opened the box containing the helmet, a piece of mesh fell out that appears to have been just glued inside of the helmet and I am not sure where it even goes. Also, the visor does not lock on both sides. Since it only locks on one it takes almost 0 effort to lift the visor and wind can get underneath. It looked awesome but felt cheap. Visor was a bit funky. Went with a bell cheaper in price and it was way better quality. Really wanted to like the other 1 but safety first.

    • Visor blew off 1st ride. No bueno!

Fortunately I read the reviews and bought a size up as I usually wear a medium helmet. The S&S "large" fit snug. Upon the first ride at about 70 to 75 miles an hour I looked to the left in my rearview mirror and the visor blew right out of the helmet. Not good. Fortunately I had a pair of sunglasses and had to wear those for the duration of the ride. Not very impressed by the fitment of the visor in the helmet. Would not recommend this to someone. Smaller and tighter fit than a standard full face helmet, which I like. It has very good ventilation in the scalp and in the face. If you get cold easy or live where it is very cold this may not be for you. I get very warm in a full face so I like the air flow. Sizing runs smaller than expected. Build quality can definitely be improved upon for a more refined and exceptional product. Add the option to close the front vents in the chin guard as well.
