I use this on the electrodes of my Wahoo heart rate monitor (chest strap). I have had excellent connectivity using it. I just put a small dab on each electrode and spread it around with my finger. Start with a very small amount and then increase the amount if you need to. Don’t do like I did the first time and put too much on. It was pretty sloppy. After I am done with my workout, I use a tissue to wipe it off the electrode for the next use. ... show more

I purchased this item for my electrode TEMS unit. It does offer better conductivity than without it. Adhesion is good. I would purchase this item again.

I use mine for my heart strap for road biking. It's great for about 45 mins about needs a reapply in colder Temps. (well... I'm in Florida so 60's)
