My second phone with a Speck case, the first saved my phone so many times I lost count

The Samsung S23 Ultra has a problem. It's large, heavy, and as slippery as a bar of wet soap, so you are almost guaranteed to drop it if you don't take that gorgeous phone and put it into some sort of grippy protective case. Ironic, I know. But now comes a moment of inflection. Do you want so much pr
otection that your phone is safe....but looks like an industrial brick? Do you want something that will save you from minor scuffs and scratches but probably won't do much if you drop your phone? Or do you want something in between? If you want something in between, the Speck Presidio 2 is the case for you, with these features -- good reference for any case: 1) Reinforced corners -- the part of the phone most likely to have impact 2) Reinforced sides -- a good case has some flex on the inside, but is rigid all around the edges. Many cases have rigid parts, but not around the entire exterior. 3) Has a good grip 4) Fits snugly so nothing will jiggle out of place if the phone is dropped 5) Is slightly elevated around both the screen and the camera lenses The Speck ticks all these boxes. It does NOT give you a screen or lens protector, but I prefer these to be separate so they can be replaced separately from the case if need be. FYI, this is my second Speck case. The first one protected my old LG G8 for 4 years. That phone got dropped and banged many times, and the Speck saved its life an equal number of times. I trust the Speck case because I've used a Speck case. Now is protection guaranteed for every drop? Of course not, but this is, on the whole, a great case. And it will leave your S23 Ultra still looking sleek.

it is a phone case that fits like a glove easy to install and gives a good grip that is none slick. Provides some protection when dropped but I do my best not to drop a expensive cell phone. The price was easy on my wallet and I feel it was a good purchase

Pros: It is a solid constructed case, buttons and screen size precisely cutted. It has lines in the back that help holding the phone. Easy installation. Cons: all the edges of the case are really slippery had to get sandpaper and scratch ends to make the case somewhat holdable, after this it got bett

Great All-Around Performer

Good fit, finish, and grip. Buttons and ports are perfect. Thankfully it doesn't have all the sticky rubbery silicone that the older cases, of this style, had ... this design is far superior. Perfect.

Love It, But Needs Trendier Color Options!

This is my fourth Presidio case, and I love it! The grip is perfect for preventing slips, especially for butterfingers like me. It’s protected my phones from the S10 to the S24 Ultra. Great cover, but I wish they’d offer more trendy color options!

Really solid case that gives the phone a sleek look. The only issue I have is removing the case, it s the hardest case I've ever had to taken off my phone, sometimes it feels like i would break my phone taking off the case. However, i have other cases and i keep coming back to this case.
