It is hard to NOT wear these every day, but I force myself not to since there are entirely too many leggings being worn where not appropriate. I thought I would need an XL and wish I had purchased a Large or Medium. Due to weightloss, I was guesstimating my actual size. These are still wearable, but I will be ordering more in a smaller size. I am 5'8", 140 lbs. I have tended to buy large bottoms of any sort to accomodate my leg length. I will be sticking to this brand from now on. I am very happy with these. I am not in the best shape right now due to medical reasons and that makes it more of a challenge to find pants that are flattering. It's also a challenge to find stretch pants that are made well.
