  • Extremely comfortable, the calls quality are great for both parties
Usually I don't use earbuds to hear music ,mostly to talk ,at home office or on the move. BTW I have several pairs of this brand ,in fact my family have it ha. Because the cost /benefit of this brand is very good you will not break your wallet ,in this particular case 2 things took my attention the size and the two microphones to make calls and thought will try it in case I don't like it will return to Amazon. Ive been using it since I received it. and was surprised ,the charger box its very small and the buds as well, the charge of each earbud last more than I expected ,and as I said I use one at a time ,just to phone talks. Ive tried hearing music too and the sound is very acceptable considering that there doesn't have any kind of isolation ,didn't tried with games I have no games (don't like it) prefer to read. This are very comfortable and you don't even realize that you have in the ear ,the controls works as it should and will replace my previous T truebuds for this(my son will be happy)this is just because the size the truebuds are very good and have advantages over this ,the charging case. That been said I will not return this. ... show more

  • Over all, skip airpods for these!
Okay, I'm going to be breaking down this review into 3 parts. What these buds have over Airpods, what they have in common with Airpods, and what Airpods have over them. Now I found this buds on YouTube where someone was comparing different Airpod alternatives. You see I have had Airpods for the last few years now, and like most apple products, they didn't age well. But instead of battery life being attacked, it was actually volume. I've found I can't hear my music or audiobooks at all now at work which is a real pain and a deal breaker. And now that I've already broken my iPhone cycle, I decided I should cut off Apple all together to get smt that'll actually last me long enough for my money's worth. Starting with qualities these buds have over Airpods. Right off the bat, the fact you can get them in matte black immediately enticed me. I always wondered why Apple could give color options for their Airpods, kind of redundant if you ask me. The angel I'm which the bud's stems ce out your ear is much more mask friendly than Airpods, another great pro. Also the charging case for these is honestly way more pocket friendly and discreet than how rather bulky the Apple Charging case is. I also like the feel of the case more, the matte finish is just amazing. Another factor that puts these in front of Airpods is the light indicators. Not only are there multi on and in the charging case itself but there is one on each bud! That definitely gives points to SoundPeats! Another amazing feature that this little dudes have is the variety of touch controlls that Apple refuses to address in their own buds. I never understood that. You can pause, play, back track, next track, volume up and down, you name it. You can control it all without ever touching your phone, which for someone like me who uses these primarily at work, that's a saving grace. The most obvious thing that puts these buds in front of Airpods would certainly be the price. I mean literally a fourth of the price. And I think it's a very fair price for what you're getting. Now moving onto what Airpods have in common with these. What matters to me most in any kind of listening or streaming device like this, is sound quality. I play bass guitar and strongly believe in it's importance in music in general. Anything without bass is completely out of the question for me. And tbh anything at this price point usually would have little to none. However the same can not be said for these bad boys. I would say the sound quality is very on par with Apple Airpods. A good we'll rounded sound. Not crazy bass like subwoofers or anything but no ear screeching treble either. Well rounded high quality sound. The lack of IMMENSE bass can easily be accommodated by downloading any free equalizer app. Another thing I truly love about my Apple free life! Other than the sound there isn't alot to compare with the two products other than the earshape. The reason I was confined to my Airpods was simply because they were one of the ONLY buds that actually fit my unique ear shape. Any earbuds with silicone tips and what not WILL NOT stay in my ears, so these are god sent. And the matte keeps them in better than the gloss finish if Airpods that quickly gets sweaty and they start slipping out your ears. It's also not a matte finish that would get finger prints and oils on them to the point of being visible. They are clean and slick for sure! As for what Airpods have over these... After all the price difference there are bound to be some faults. First thing that comes to mind is just the materials used. You can tell they're "cheaper" by their weight mostly. Though that same weight also means they stay in your ears better meaning they are slowly falling out throughout the day simply cause the weight. I can't say much for battery life cause I havent had that THAT long but I will get back to you with that if I can. If I don't then it wasn't a big issue. One thing I don't like about lower end headphones and buds us that they talk with they turn on and what not. I don't like devices announcing "power on" "Bluetooth pairing" "Bluetooth connected" it's something that really gets in my nerves and it immediately gives me off brand dollar store headphone vibes. It was a fear I had getting these buds and unfortunately I feared right. It's not too obnoxious but never the less it's there. There's not a whole lot of bad things to say about these buds, I think they do the job and they do it well! And best of all, they get LOUD! Not only do you get the volume on your phone but by utilizing the touch controls for volume, you can essentially DOUBLE the volume! Great for when forklifts or other heavy machinery are going by! I can't be more happy with these buds. I can already see my Airpods accumulating dust in my nightstand now that I've got these babies. I think the hood and the bad weights out very evenly and that the Airpods would be just as good as these if they had longevity, just like all Apple products. But because of that factor, my vote lies with SoundPeats. They're cheaper, for the same sound, lighter weight, very attractive, and are MUCH louder. Sorry for writing a whole essay but I'm pretty passionate that these wireless earbuds ARE. THE. BOMB. ... show more

  • If you like airpods, you'll love these!!!
This may be the easiest review I would ever write, this earbuds are simply AMAZING!!!. Sound quality is just incredible, battery life excellent, portability excellent, controls excellent, but since not everything can be great I must say comfort may be an issue as with all half-in-ear (as they call this design) kind of earbuds, if you can tolerate the airpods you will love these, the fitting is the same and the performance is way better in every aspect. For me if they were a bit smaller or maybe if soundpeats could make it in two sizes (standard and Small) that would be awesome. I almost forgot to mention the sound quality or did I? Well they sound amazing with Iphones but with android cellphones the sound is incredible!!! ... show more

  • Budget EarPod Review
This review will be updated once I've used them for an extended period. For now, it only covers a few days. I'm on iOS 15.02 on a iPhone XS. I will update this review after more time with them. Pairing: The initial pairing was, indeed, a pain. They provide a manual but it doesn't cover this in enough detail. I ended finding a link on Reddit to a video in a foreign language that walks you through it perfectly. Once the initial pairing was done, though, they worked great every time I took them out of the case. Here is the proper sequence: (1) fully charge the case and earpods, (2) turn Bluetooth off on your phone, (3) while they are in the case press and hold the 'S' logo on both earpods until they LEDs blink white twice, (4) take out of the case and lay them side by side. You'll see some lights flash as they pair with each other, (5) turn Bluetooth on on your phone, (6) select the RIGHT earpod to pair them both with the phone (I had to rename it to TrueAir (R) for me to know, but you might not). Done. Sound Quality: Far better than I expected and better than any budget wired headphone set I own. I had to turn off Game Mode, which comes on by default I believe, to eliminate some crackling in the right earpod. Call Quality: Calls thus far have been crystal clear for both parties. I have tested in semi-noisy environments like my car which has loud cabin noise. I also have a loud voice, so I'm sure that worked in my favor. Noise reduction: There is no active no reduction. However, on an iPhone you can turn on the iPhone's background noise feature to play white or brownian noise at a very low level underneath what you're listening to. This, essentially, does the same thing and blocks out most ambient noise. =TL;DR= PRO: - Can operate only one at a time if needed. - Good sound quality for the price - Excellent call quality CON: - Initial pairing is frustrating - Manual is not very detailed and I had to look up help online - Game Mode cause audio crackling ... show more
