    • Nothing but problems!
We have had nothing but problems with this TV since we purchased it. It constantly loses connection to Wi-Fi and I did a factory reset on the TV and now it will not come back on. It just says resetting for the past 4 hours.

    • Surprisingly solid and heavy bit of equipment
Now i should add, that this TV was delivered damaged, and i have returned it. However i straight away ordered a replacement. The inner box had damage on the side, and that dented the edge of the TV, as the outer boxes where un-damaged, i assume this must of happened in the warehouse before delivery. That said, we took the TV out, turned it on, connected to the internet, it did everything flawlessly, we could have kept it, but why should we when it was cosmetically damaged. While we did not use it long the picture quality seem solid, it connected to wifi with no problems, everything worked as expected. I was however very impressed with the quality feel of the TV. This is a heavy solid TV, with a very nice metal enclousure. Touch screen was also fast and responsive. Providing the next one arrives undamaged I am sure it will be a great buy. ... show more

Great product. Is what it says it is . Though the internal speakers aren't great if you mount in the wall so I would recommend getting a sound bar for it. Besides that my only real complaint is that I hope they update the remote because it's outdated and feels cheap and has to be perfectly aimed to be functional. Also I have found the same product for much less and more from other sources. I chose Amazon even If i may have paid more simply because I trust Amazon's customer service ... show more
