tv came un damaged. Fast delivery 2 days. I got Amazon to bring it in the house and take the packaging at no extra cost. The set up with the smart option to make a google account and wifi and all that took a little I would say 10 min due to downloading and stuff and updates not bad. For the price at 529 that I got mine at I can not complain with the picture quality at all honestly it is pretty good I can’t complain way better that thought and I am picky. As for the resulution if you pick the screen on power saving mode the image looks a little blurry and choppy. But if you put it on movie moved and smart hdr crystal clear the image picture is amazing no joke. It’s super easy to change that setting just one click away on settings. As for the remote easy snappy and works as it should and plenty of fast quick options to use apps since it has like 6 installed on remote. Last the sound quality is not bad it sounds decent not heavy bass but decent and it’s louder then my lg I had before. It’s only my send day using the tv but honestly sho far I have no complaints I am truly impressed for the price point. I was on the fence about getting this TV or saving money and just getting another one but honestly if you don’t wanna spend thousand or more on a TV get this one you will not be disappointed. We’ve had this TV for a couple of days now and we absolutely love it. Great picture and easy set up (I also connected my ROKU effortlessly) My bluetooth headphones work perfectly. It’s exactly what we wanted at a price you cannot beat. I highly recommend this product.

I love this TV!! It's the biggest TV I've ever owned and it's beautiful. Super slim design with a very thin bezel. It was so easy to connect my Google Account and watch all my YouTube and Netflix on it. The picture quality is really nice and the sound is great. For the price, this TV is amazing! I had been shopping for a new TV for several months, I had a long wishlist but my TV was still working okay - So I kept trying to save more money to get EVERYTHING on my list (I mean who doesn’t want everything on their list, right?).. Well then one day my TV just wouldn’t turn on again! UGGH then I was forced into a corner BEFORE I was actually ready to buy - But it was shortly before a holiday so I knew there would be sales coming up! After scouring the sales and comparing everything I settled on this Model. This TV is a QLED with upscaling. Its a 4K TV with DOLBY ATMOS & other DOLBY formats as well as the other HDR Pro etc. It also has the ability to change the screen formatting for Cinematic experience or other screen viewing settings! You can choose various Audio formats as well from voice heavy to cinematic.The picture quality is AMAZING! It os so clear & crisp and from every angle! Gone are the days of having to be directly in front of the TV to habe a good viewing experience!! It is a GOOGLE TV which I have never had before, but I don’t mind it.. it guides you through the setup - AND I use Firesticks anyway - So it doesn’t matter much! I DO HOWEVER love the LIVE TV function better on the native TV than the Firestick so I use that regularly. Also the TV does have the ability to download & run all of your favorite apps like Hulu, Netflix , Prime, Max, Disney+, etc — I just didn’t because I was already signed in to them all on the Stick so it was just plug and play! This TV is a FANTASTIC VALUE for the Money paid! I am extremely HAPPY with this TV and even HAPPIER with how much $$$ I saved by buying this vs the others that I was looking 👀 at! I find it hard to believe that I bought this 55" TV for this price. I already had a 50 inch LG 4k smart TV. I really didnt "need" a TV but it was Christmas time and saw this sale 👀 and, I read about all the advancments in technology over my 7 year old 50" LG. Like; Gaming Acceleration, Dolby atmos sound and picture, little to no bezel, and just a glass like super crisp picture that makes you feel like you have people in your home 👀🏆Its has preset modes for Cinema/Movies, Sports, Vivid mode (Wow!!), and I am telling you, in Sports Mode you will think you can join in the game as it looks like you're standing next to them or on the sidelines when the play is happening. On to gaming.. I am not a huge gamer.. But, I do like to build PC's and I have great highend monitors. But, I hooked my Gaming PC to this, and, WOW... Smooooth fluid 4k!! I play older games but still I played on ultra settings and got 124 frames per sec.!! And it was Gorgeous! I want to put this in my Man cave because of the gaming capabilities. But The wife was stunned at the pic- so its staying in the living room. Think I'll sell the LG on FB-MP, and just buy another one of these!!! Can. Not. Beat. The. Price!!! ... show more

I am not a fan of anything Google. It almost stopped me from purchasing it. But I thought, they are leaders and have captured the wirkd. What made me dislike them also made me try it.. I'm glad I did. I love it so much I had my tv removed and put somewhere else and put this up in my bedroom replacing my tv I had become very comfortable with. It is easy to maneuver through the programming amazing picture quality, and I have thoughts daily of removing my soundbar. The sound quality of this tv is so good, you don't need a soundbar. The best quality of all 4 tvs I have particularly at 5his price point. Google also offers a large arrangement of free options, clearly organized si you know it's free wirh no hidden surprises.
