I got the original soprano key prop when Key Leaves first hit the market and have loved it. I'm excited to say this new version is even better!     • Not always easy to install
I can't say that I'm too fond of this product. Although it's good to have those keys open as the sax dries, I do find this product hard to install. It's hard to get it to span the distance of the tone hole. It's also a tight fit as there isn't enough clearance between the raised pad and the lip of the tone hole. It can be difficult to remove which I fear may have the potential to rip the pad. I have since stopped using it as there are many professional saxophonists that don't even worry about swabbing their sax; much less keeping keys open. ... show more

    • Too complicated and expensive
The Key Leaves for alto and tenor sax are great! However, this design for soprano sax is just too complicated and impractical. Unless you are extremely careful, you could damage your instrument. I don’t know why they just didn’t create a miniature version of the alto version. I returned this.

A great product, and very simple to use (as long as I remember to remove them before I start playing! ).

    • Very effective, but seems WAY overpriced.
These little things are nice, they're nicer than the broken pencils I used to use. It just seems that I could get the same result from slicing up a cheap spatula. They're easy to place and remove and don't seem to be doing anything to the lacquer after a month.
