We received the chairs in perfect condition. Instructions were thorough and all parts were provided. However, the table was delivered with a damaged bent corner. I reached out to Amazon and they referred me directly to the seller ACE-H. They responded IMMEDIATELY and sent us a new table. The communication was prompt and thorough. The set would have been easy to assemble except the machine screws could not be installed in several welded thread inserts in the chair frames. Two thread inserts were not tapped through, one had weld spatter at the opening. Fortunately I have a metric tap set and was able to chase the insert threads but my set is for through holes, not bottom taps, so I still had to grind an 1/8th inch off of two screws to completely assemble the chair frames. Otherwise it seams to be well made. Chairs are comfortable but sit deep needing back cushions for shorter people. The steel table looks a little industrial and setting glasses/plates makes loud bangs but with place mats or a table cloth is not a big issue. ... show more

Assembly was not too difficult. All screw lined up and none were stripped out. Tools supplied were almost worthless. There are a few dents and scratches. May have come from shipping.
