Ordering was a bit confusing as there were so many styles to choose from. However they did a great job providing a graph of exact measurements for each piece that was amazingly helpful to ensure it would fit my area. Pieces did come in separate orders, no biggie. I ordered the 11 piece half moon set with two single chairs. The set is of higher quality versus much lower priced items and worth it in comparison. Seats have plenty of room and sit a little higher off the ground. While the seat cushions are a bit firm, the pillows make up for it in comfort. I couldn't decide if I should get the chairs with arms or not and I did get the arm chairs. I'm glad I did. They have more room to curl up in and not feel like you are sliding off. I can even rest my cup on the armrest. Each piece came so well packaged. Every pillow in a sealed bag. I saved the bags for storage over the winter. I had some dirt on one cushion from my dog and it cleaned off with a simple damp cloth. I had a question about my order and they contacted me back in 24 hrs, that's impressive. With all the seating options they offer you can't go wrong. The only issue I've had is the cushions do tend to slide so I may place gripper material underneath. Love this set! ... show more

Bought the 7 piece group. Shipped really fast. Pros: Cushions are a nice taupe color and more generous in size than others I had seen for the same price point. Not a huge set so fits a smaller patio area. Reasonably comfortable, a little firm. Seems sturdy and solid. Cons: I thought from the photos that the armrests and legs were wood. They are actually an unattractive orange/brown plastic material that while trying to look like wood, they do not. Really cheapens the look, especially the legs. The cushions slide off the furniture very easily. Going to try to fix this with some velcro. While all screw holes lined up and all tools were included, prepare to spend hours assembling. The screw heads are too shallow for the allen wrench provided so it isn't as easy as quickly screwing each screw. And there are many, many screws. I have assembled a lot of furniture, and this set was very time consuming. Really for the price, it is a nice deal if you are trying to save cash. It is one of those purchases that I am not super excited about now that I see it in person, but it will do. I will update as the time goes by on how it lasts. I really love the two set sofa with thick cushions. They are very sturdy and comfortable. All tools needed for assembly were included and it was easy to put them together though it did take some patience. The good quality should be able to endure exposure to sunlight, rain, and snow. They are more pricy but you get what you paid for! I just moved to a new apartment with a patio and this is so far the best purchase. The quality is excellent, definitely larger than normal patio chairs, and can easily fit a 250lb. Not to mention their cushions, extremely comfortable!!!
