I have over $100,000 worth of film equipment and I needed some black stands. These were priced very well didn’t expect much but I think they’re a wonderful product. I have C stands that are much heavier and probably sturdier, but these stands are great. They are sturdy enough for anything you need to put on it and anything that is powder coated is going to chip at some point so some of these other people need to get over themselves lol. I wouldn’t put a huge light on these but with how small/light weight LED tech has gotten it’s perfect for smaller fixtures. Getting into the 600 watt lights those might be too heavy.

Definitely not the most exciting product and it works as intended with so some drawbacks. After using it for a while, I've decided that these C-stands would work best with lighter setups. Pros: -Decent price if you're looking for a pair. -Spring cushion: Always a nice feature to have. Cons: -Black coating chipping. It came in with some paint/finish chipping. Kinda wishing I bought the chrome one at this point. -Base is only 74mm spread. -Boom arm. The boom arm had a slight bend to them after a few uses. I'd recommend replacing them or getting one that is a heavy duty boom arm. ... show more

Its a good solid and sturdy c-stand for a home studio but I won't carry it to different locations shoots, doesn't seem heavy duty for the wear and tear. Still a good quality stands.
