Excitedly ordered this controller for my wife as one of hers just died and she was interested in gyro, but failed to notice that this was a refurbished controller. No bigs, there’s been plenty of times where I’ve purchased something used and it was still more than in working condition. When it arrived, it was in a USPS mailer envelope with a white usb-c cord, and nothing else. Also no bigs- we can google whatever we need to know for setup etc. My wife noticed it was kind of grody looking, which we also tried to ignore because if it works, it’s super easy to clean/sterilize a controller. But it didn’t work. The usb-c port on the controller was wiggly as hell which meant it kept disconnecting while plugged into her pc ((how she would primarily be using this controller)). After a quick googling we find that this is a common issue with these controllers, so we figured it would be safer to return this, eat the return charge, and purchase one from a local store so returns would be easier. This controller should NOT have been shipped out, but it seems either it slipped through inspection or wasn’t inspected for issues at all, so heads up. ... show more

I don't know how a brand new PS5 Controller feels, but I'm pretty sure it feels just as good, all the buttons work, there's slight discoloration on some of the controller, but it's in great shape otherwise, for 10 dollars cheaper than a new remote I definitely recommend!

It's just like getting a brand new one mine has a slight stick drift which I hate since my last controller had stick drift. Battery life is good it's not sticky or anything I recommend it just know it is a used controller
