I bought the sonix x sanrio case and love the silver glitter translucence. Initially I was concerned upon reading other reviews that people were cutting their cases to get it off. It is a snug fit but the case IS REMOVEABLE. I didnt have to rip anything apart or bring out scissors. Cases are designed to protect your airpods so you obviously dont want it too loose that it will slip in and out. If you need to remove the case: push your thumbs up on the charging port section upwards to safely push our your airpods. After you push about a third of the way, you should be able to gently pull out the airpods with your hands. Including pics of me removing without any issue. Downfalls of the case: The top opening just flaps around and is not really snug on the cap. Not a huge issue but initially bugged me. Second, the magsafe charger doesnt seem to work through the case. The case needs to be removed if you want to use the magsafe charging feature of the airpods pro. This is an annoyance for me so I just use the regular charging port. Knocked off one star for these two small issues. Edit: charges through case but needs to be placed juuuust in the right spot. Other positive: I love the keyring clamp because I can attach it to any bag I use. Feels sturdy and secure. Overall pleased with my purchase. ... show more

So I bought the matching phone case and they’re both super cute, the only difference is the gold stripes, the phone case has a more lighter cold tint then the case on these.

Ok, did I WANT to spend $20 on a case for my AirPods? NO. However, the part on the back of the case that holds the top and bottom of the case together is GENIUS. I actually lost one of my AirPods with another case because, something about the AirPods Pro's makes the case flop open all the time when it's hanging on something. So I resorted to closed cases. But they were a hassle when actually trying to get to the AirPods in a rush. So I went looking and took a chance on this case because it looked promising. The sturdiness of the material they made this case with is ideal for the top part of the case. I could see it wearing down over time, but as of right now, the two parts that hold the top and bottom of the case together, is sturdy enough to keep my airpod case from flopping open, even when hanging on my backpack! Which is EXACTLY what I was looking for! So I'm actually very impressed with the sturdiness and aesthetic of this case! The tortoise shell is classy enough to hang on my lanyard at work, without being too noticeable, and I don't have the problem of my AirPods flying out of the case when I walk too fast down the hall. Ha! So all in all, I would highly recommend this case if you had the same problem of flopping open/loosing AirPods like I did. ... show more
