I love these new softer rugs. The faux wool is pleasant on the feet and the color is perfect for our kitchen on hardwood floors. It is a good idea to have more than one of these for change out when it needs cleaning since they can only go in the washing machine and will need to be drip dried to prevent damage to the delicate fibers and the rubber backing. I love sweeping my feet on this rug while I do dishes. The rubber back that is melded to the fabric keeps the rug in place and the sewn edges are well done and the quality is exceptional. They come with a few wrinkles, but just lay it out flat and they eventually relax and go away completely. Highly recommend this type of rug. No more cheap rough polyester rugs for me. Love this silkiness of this rug, we have it in front of a bed in the guest room. The beige color is a good neutral and looks fine on the hardwood floor. The design is fine, it's not a perfect printing but that may be intentional. It's also not completely straight on the edges but a normal person probably wouldn't notice that and the seams are all tight and well finished. As other reviews have noted, the rug is thin with no padding but would be great over another rug or with a pad underneath if you wanted a plusher feel underneath. Check the pattern when this arrives to be sure the printing was accurate; Soft and washable. __I had to re-order this to get a good one since the first one had brown and white streaks in some areas where it should have been a even beige. There were 3-4 spots. Lu like this. Luckily I checked it out and made a quick exchange (Thanks Amazon!). __The replacement arrived in perfect condition. True to size, color and pattern. __These are washable and relatively thin rugs, it is not a plush step, but softer than a hard floor. They do not slide around, though they CAN creep just a bit over time. __I removed the folds in this by placing in a warmish (NOT HOT) dryer for about 10 minutes. I wasn’t expecting much from this rug but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that it was very soft, pretty and although a little thin I loved it! I was looking for a replacement for the side of my bed and this worked out great! The color is not overwhelming, which I like and even my grandkids wanted to lie on it because it was so soft! And the best part was that there was no chemical smell at all! I still allowed it to breathe for a day after removing the wrapping but it wasn’t necessary. I'm really impressed by the thickness and softness of this rug. I have another washable area rug for my entryway and it's thin and rough. I got this to replace my welcome mat. I'm on the second floor and the door to my apartment is at the end of my balcony. I spend a lot of time outside, and wanted a rug that was comfortable underfoot, pretty and coordinated with the larger rug in my seating area. But it also needed to be easy to clean since it's doing double duty as an area rug and welcome mat. Getting a beige rug for outside was a big step for me. But this rug has worked out perfectly! In between washes I just shake it out or vacuum. The rug looks and feels like new after washing, and also air dries quickly in a few hours. ... show more

This little rug is very soft to walk on, and the rubber backing keeps it from moving when you walk across it. It is a good size for a smaller area where you might need a rug. The stitching along the edges is well sewn so it won't unravel, and the pattern on the tan one is unobtrusive. This rug is also very thin, so there isn't any cushion when you walk on it. It would be nice if it had a little cushion to it so it was more comfortable on my feet. I added a rug pad under it and this helped, but for the price I think it should have a little more to it. ... show more

I got this to go on our bare wood floors by the bed. The first thing I noticed is just how soft this synthetic material feels when you step out of bed, it’s really amazing. It vacuums well and doesn’t slide around because of the no slip backing. The color is neutral so it fits into our quiet bedroom easily. It’s a better start to the day and my wife loves the new rug.
