These lights are awesome. For my daughters room. At first I thought they would be too bright for her to sleep, but found there are three brightness setting, and it is perfect. The lights against her gray curtains looks awesome with the cascading colors. She is giddy with excitement. Def recommend.

My daughter just got her own room away from her brother and we needed to decorate! These lights were the perfect final touch to her new big girl room! They have a switch that has three settings of brightness, the cord to plug in is nice and long so easy to reach an outlet and the assemble was simple! I love the colors they chose, looks like a mermaid tail! Would highly recommend buying a sheer curtain to go with, it gives the lights an even better glow! ... show more

I bought these for my daughters room to use as a night light - an alternative to the bright lamp she insists on sleeping with. We were both thrilled with the colors when we first turned it on - a perfect fit for her unicorn room. Later that night, the lights turned off on their own, which scared my daughter. I figured it was a fluke so tried again the next night…same problem. Now into night three and the lights started flickering and then went out. To make matters worse, I went to unplug the lights and found the USB to be SO hot. That’s scary! Really wish these worked because otherwise they would be a perfect solution to our night light problem. :( UPDATE: we got a replacement set and same problem, again, stopped working on the same day. But I switched the USB plug out and now they’ve been working fine for a week. Changing my stars to 4 - maybe the seller should include a new USB plug? Though I’ve seen many reviews of these not lasting long so we shall see what happens! ... show more

I bought this for my 2 girls who share a bedroom. One likes the lights on because she’s scared of the dark, the other prefers the dark or at least a dimmer lighting than the lamp we were using. So I found these curtain lights and decided to try - WOW! Absolutely STUNNING color and lights! Both girls love them and are so thankful we purchased them. They both sleep wonderfully now!! I give 5/5 stars!! Highly recommend. The lights do not come with sheers, so if you want the sheer effect you’ll need to purchase them separately. Along with a rod to hang them. We plan to do that soon - but the lights are just so pretty without, there is no real urgency to purchase the curtains or rod! If you’re iffy… try them. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the quality and colors! Also - the wall we put them on was about 12’ long so we purchased 2 packs. Fits beautifully. ... show more

I didn't have very high expectations of these going into the purchase. However, after I finished setting up my daughter's bed and added these to the head of the canopy they impressed me. It wasn't the pretty flower bedding she picked out, or the pink canopy bed with hearts on the frame, or even the special curtains I bought for the canopy that made her want to sleep in her room finally. It was this set of lights! The control switch is near her pillows so she can adjust the lighting as she wants for her comfort. As she has reported. They can be "real bright" to scare away monsters, or "real soft" so you can sleep when they go away. Def recommend this item. ... show more
