Have had this for a couple of weeks, seems very sturdy and stable. The slide is zippy and the kids are loving it. It’s heavy but I have it in the water for the season so won’t be carrying it around. A bit pricey but if it lasts well worth it for the fun it provides. EDIT. So in the water for the 2nd season (product is less than a year old and was stored in its original packaging inside). The valve on the slide is leaking and so far I have been unable to reach product support. So an expensive toy for a few months of use!! EDIT. Customer service was reached via email, and after I completed all the advised actions and checks (all very reasonable) they are sending a new slide / dock. I bought the floating dock with the slide last year (2022) before the 4th of July. We used it that weekend, and Labor Day weekend and it was put up and stored it until Fourth of July 2023 when we noticed it wouldn’t hold air. It took a while to find the small leak and tried to patch it, but unfortunately it didn’t stop the leak. We contacted customer service, and they told us that we were out of luck because it only had a 1 year warranty. This thing is pretty awesome! I've gotten a number of floats over the years that I anchor offshore at my house for the summer. This one is far and away the best. It really is a solid product and even better than advertised. It's highly durable and very stable. You really can hang out there on a beach chair. Kids and their friends love it to swim and and hang out and so do the adults! It's got a number of places where you can tie up other floats to it or kayaks etc. These guys make excellent products! ... show more

This thing is absolutely fun but unfortunately after two uses the grippy part of the mat is coming up. We have only used it twice and have followed all of the directions for inflation and stowing. Whatever glue was use to keep the non slip part down doesn't fair well, especially when folding up to store. Debating on returning, not sure. ... show more

Inflated this product and within 24 hours it was bowed. Water was under the decking and all bubbled up. I have sent back and I still have not received my money back. DO NOT BUY THIS!
