This is a great purchase. Everyone in my family enjoyed it from 70-year-old all the way down to the two-year-old. The older‘s enjoyed sunbathing, the middles enjoyed jumping off and swimming around and climbing back on and the little ones loved just floating. I anchored it out with special bungee cord ropes in about 5 feet of water and it stayed out there for three weeks in about five feet of water attached to a cement anchor. We also anchored It with a cement block closer to shore so the little ones could play on it. The other day I took out a scrub brush and cleaned off the little barnacle type things that had accumulated on it and it came clean as could be. No soap. There has been no fading or discoloration from being in the water or in the sun. This is a freshwater lake. The dock is easy to inflate and deflate. It came in a carrying bag and I can easily move it around inflated or not. The tie off rings and handles are still very secure. The raft shows no signs of wear and tear whatsoever. I highly recommend this for weeks and weeks of fun for your family. I had been looking at floating docks for sometime, and this was my choice. We initially bought this for our puppy so she could be in the pool with us. It works great for her and her claws won’t puncture it. The special pump works great very easy to pump up, doesn’t take long at all. Just make sure u have the pump with u if you were to travel you are not able to inflate with other compressors nor is it recommended. Easy for travel and taking out on the water. This kids use this in the pool as a dock to jump off of since we don’t have a deck. Can stay afloat with lots of weight we have had yet an issue with any part of it submerging in the water.     • Great, except for the ridiculously difficult inflation process.

Good: We love this pad...once it's out on the water. Kids and adults can stand on it with no problem. It can be anchored in several spots with no problem. If you're worried about catching the toes in the anchor points, simply flip it over. Bad: RIDICULOUSLY HARD TO INFLATE!! I believe they recommend about 11-12psi, and to get that, it takes about 8 minutes to inflate using the high pressure hand pump, and that's only AFTER using a portable inflator to get it up to as much as it can inflate for a minute or two. I am in fairly good shape, as is my wife, and it took us about 10 minutes of both motorized pumping and hand pumping to get this up to the recommended pressure. Now, we just leave it inflated and had to hang it in our garage (not very convenient). Other than that, it works great, if a bit inconvenient. ... show more

I purchased the 6X5 for extra space behind our boat when anchored on sand bars in Mass. It's a well-built raft and very high-quality materials. All our friends want to use it when we have it out and I think it would be better to have the 8X10 size. My two cents...I purchased a high-quality pump that plugs into our 12V outlet on the boat. This is the key to success with this raft. It pumps up in less than a minute and deflates in a minute. I listed a link below for the pump. It's awesome and the pump is well worth the price. Please dont rely on the manual pump unless your not near a power source. Small size great to throw on a pontoon boat. Smallest easily holds 2 adults, 1 child and small dog. We found it easy to inflate, with the pump provided and even easier with a electronic pump. Think material, feels sturdy and easy to move. Couldn’t be happier.
