I love this book rack so much. It’s so pretty and holds my cookbooks so well. I don’t think it would hold a really thick one, but a thick book could sit on top of the bar if it opened flat enough

I went back and forth on purchasing this and I am so glad I did. I use it everyday to hold my cookbooks or iPad with recipes on it. Very cute! It holds my Magnolia Table cookbook even while it’s closed, with some room to spare. This would be good for holding thick cookbooks while opened or closed. The back is adjustable so the incline can be changed.
