This is a great outdoor set. It was easy to assemble and looks really nice. The back cushions are not as firm as the seat cushions, but they are still comfortable. There was an issue with the tracking for the boxes, but it was quickly resolved by customer service (it appeared to be more on FedEx's end than the shipper). I was really impressed with the quality of this product for the price. It is really sturdy, and I think feels higher-end than it is. It was relatively easy to assemble, just make sure you follow the instructions exactly, or the holes won't line up correctly. These patio chairs are so worth the price. They are very modern looking and the quality is great. One of the chairs arrived with a broken chair leg but their customer service was quick and responsive with making sure we get it replaced. We now have a great setup in our backyard and I love it!

It is really pretty in person and looks so nice on our patio. The back cushions are a bit softer than I hoped, however the seat cushions are more firm, which is nice. One piece was bent during shipping. Their customer service team was great to work with. Amanda communicated with me everyday and they sent us a replacement piece.
