Love the set! It was easy to assemble. Assembly took around a hour for my husband and dad. The sofa, 2 chairs, and coffee table arrived fedex in 3 boxes. The sofa was the largest and heaviest. All pieces needed assembled. The screws and wrenches were all included in the box. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Some screws were a little tight, but worked. The seating isn’t overly deep or the most comfortable, but for the price, it’s good. The covers have zippers and are removable for cleaning. My mom is 5 feet tall and loves the size. The white with grey cushions are perfect for my decor. The grey is more of blue-grey. I love that the coffee table has a wood grain look. Love the furniture; assembled in less time than recommended. The powder-coated aluminum frame is so much better than fake wicker and it is comfortable. And the price was significantly less than what my kids paid for similar outdoor furniture. That's the good part! Comes in three boxes (from China); the first were the two chairs - great; the second, a couple days later was the loveseat - missing one arm; the third, a week later was the table - great. The problem: when I notified them that I was missing an arm and a table, they said they were now shipping the table now with a different carrier and that they wouldn't ship the missing arm until I had received the table and inspected (assembled) it (? right ?). So I did that and then received the missing arm ( and another arm and two cushion stuffings) about five days later. So I guess I am finished (with assembly) and only awaiting a small compensation for my troubles. The real problem: I am at 39 days and counting until check arrives. I ordered Dec 7th hoping to have for Christmas and it is now January 14th. But for the shipping problems and my inability to speak or write Chinese, I would have given it 5 stars. Follow up on January 25th: updating my rating to 5 stars because the seller made an additional effort after my initial writing to ensure my satisfaction. Firstly, seller made an adjustment to selling price to accommodate problems with timing and shipping. Secondly, seller helped arrange the purchase of an additional loveseat at the price that existed when I first placed my order on December 7th (prices have increased significantly since then) and without shipping costs. And lastly, the purchase of the loveseat took only 4 days from order to arrival - much different from the Holyday fiasco. ... show more

It's really comfortable and sturdy. It was easy to put together I just had to take my time. I also bought the waterproof covers when it rains and I've sprayed the cushion with the scotch guard for waterproofing and sun protection.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS: We purchased this set last year and we live in Michigan. This is supposed to be a powder coated aluminum set and is supposedly designed for outdoor. We have taken care of it and we put all of the cushions away for the winter. We just came out to find that the seams are NOT water tight but let the water in and when it froze outside it cracked all of the aluminum. UPDATE: The seller did contact us and worked with us to get us the parts that had cracked during the winter even though we were just outside the warranty and all we had to do was pay shipping for parts (it was a reasonable charge). A couple of notes: --- Drill additional holes in the bottom of each chair arm, back and seat rib (just a 1/4" drill - aluminum so no problem adding holes OR cover them in the winter. There are some drain holes but you need more especially in the seat ribs. See the pictures for more detail. --- Now here is where you save $$. DO NOT BUY the Allstate coverage as it basically does not cover anything (no weather damage or manufacturer defects - duh what else is there?) - Thanks to the seller for working with me to get this complete and done! Assembly was as to be expected. Comfort was also ok however we had some issues with the quality of the furniture itself with the legs not being level. We contacted seller and they provided several options very quickly one of which worked for our situation.
