Love the set! It was easy to assemble. Assembly took around a hour for my husband and dad. The sofa, 2 chairs, and coffee table arrived fedex in 3 boxes. The sofa was the largest and heaviest. All pieces needed assembled. The screws and wrenches were all included in the box. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Some screws were a little tight, but worked. The seating isn’t overly deep or the most comfortable, but for the price, it’s good. The covers have zippers and are removable for cleaning. My mom is 5 feet tall and loves the size. The white with grey cushions are perfect for my decor. The grey is more of blue-grey. I love that the coffee table has a wood grain look. This set is extremely durable, comfortable, and nice looking. Definitely worth the investment. Had issues with one piece and the company sent me a replacement piece no hassle.

    • A little frustrating to assemble

I would have given this a 5 star if it was easier to assemble. There are not many steps, so it is easy to follow. However, it was difficult to screw in the last 4-6 screws that connects the seat to the back piece. The metal was not even because the metal surrounding the holes comes out further, so as your screwing it in, it becomes very tight and difficult to get close to the back metal seat. Everything was easy up until the last step and it took a lot of force to get the back metal piece flushed against the rest of the pieces. I bought a bunch of these a few months ago and liked them so much I bought another bunch. I don't think you will find a more comfortable and stylish chair without spending a lot more money. The cushions are nice and thick and have zippers for machine washing. The frames are made from aluminum so they will not rust. The arm rests are wide enough to rest your drinks on them so that's a bonus. I highly recommend them. I will not be surprised if the manufacturer starts producing these in different colors. They should make a bunch of different color frames and cushions and let the buyer choose their own combo. Today you can only get gray or white. ... show more

Screws did not go in easily, we had to use W40. The cushions got soaked and were dripping water after it rained. Planning to buy covers to protect the cushions, an extra expense.

    • Two arm pieces shipped to me defective/Edited

Edited on 9/15/22 The customer service department wanted to make sure that I was somewhat compensated for the 2nd defective arm they sent. I ended up buying a thread tap to allow me to be able to final get the screw threaded. As the company offered this partial refund on their own, I have moved the rating up to three stars. Original Review: While one of the chairs went together with no problem, the second had one arm that would not allow the screws to go in. Three of us tried multiple times and the screws would only go in just a little bit; not enough to make the chair safe to sit on. I reached out to the company and they asked me to send pics of the issue which I did. I couple of days later they said they would send a new arm and the tracking number. They did not send me that information and I had to follow up again. They did send a new arm and this time one of the two screws would go in but the second would not. I am simply done. While I like the look of the product, I only have one functional chair and and the second is going to be scrapped. ... show more
