  • U can do repairs yourself
Simple patch kit for minor dings for surfboards, easy to use dried fast and clear don’t forget to get low grade sand paper for a smooth finish. Good value for the price, it will definitely be cheaper getting it on Amazon than a surf shop.

  • Works better than expected
I'm loving this stuff. I can do pretty much anything I want with it until it hits the sun in which it cures real strong. These guys outdid themselves in the epoxy world. There hasn't been many things that I haven't been able to repair with it.

  • Do it yourself!
Honestly it's so easy and fast to fix a ding with this stuff that there's no need to do those old temporary fixes with a sticker or tape. Solarez has been around for years and there's a reason they have been in business so long, good product that's easy to use. I always keep a tube in my truck for the inevitable ding that life brings and this kit comes with the bonus of a few bars of sticky bumps (which smells so good). ... show more

  • Works very well...
No complaints, it does what it says it will do! I was able to make a repair to our wakeboard with no problem!

  • Non-traditional use, but happy all the same
I didn't pick this epoxy up to fix my Surfboard or Stand-up Paddleboard (I have an inflatable SUP if you must know) but to fix my composite goalie stick (ice hockey). This season I have had 2 sticks crack as a result of the players in my league shooting so flipping hard. With the first stick, I used a two-part epoxy, which will remain nameless because it didn't really do the job. I liked the idea of the Solarez Epoxy because it mentioned that would fill in cracks or dings in surfboards and cure light and strong. Composite goalie sticks are hollow (with some foam inside) so the idea of filling the crack as well as closing it was appealing. Once I tracked down a UV light (the epoxy will cure in sunlight with a strong UV, but I live in the Northeast, it's January, and I didn't feel like waiting until May for the real sun to reappear), the application was easy. I set the lamp up to dry after wrapping it with some clear tape (as recommended in the instructions.) After about 20 minutes the crack was sealed and the stick was ready to shoot with again. It's a cracked composite stick, so I know that this is only a temporary fix, but it should last until the end of this season when I can justify dropping another $100+ on a new stick for some guy who is still pissed about getting cut from his last Junior team 15 years ago to crack with an off angle snapshot. ... show more

  • Perfect for the glove box!
This kit has everything you need for a quick, on the fly repair of your epoxy board. Also included are two bars of wax—one cool water and one cold water formulation—a nice touch indeed! Luckily, I haven’t had to use the kit yet, but it’s in my glove box as we enter surf season on the east coast. This is the kit you don’t want to need, but when you need it, you’re glad to have it!! I recommend this go any epoxy board rider =) ... show more

  • Good Brand
This brand speaks for itself. Great product. Always our go to for repairs. Don’t bother with other brands.

  • Great kit
I’ve used Solarez for years in my surfboards from minor dings to moderate ones. The kit they give you here isn’t going to be for a nice repair and a new glassing job but it certainly will be what you need when you go out for a weekend surf trip and your brothers fin impales your brand new board right through the deck! Do I sound bitter? They give you both putty and filler for different types of repairs on epoxy boards along with a couple sticks of wax. Again it’s a travel size and not a large repair kit but for what it is, it’s great. ... show more
