This unit puts out a LOT of light. It has been working for over a year with no problems. However, there are 2 problems with the design. 1-It comes with a detachable mount that looks like a real time-saver. Unfortunately, the locking mechanism to secure the light doesn't lock to anything. The light just slips in and out and won't hold up to any significant wind. A good chance if you are using the mounting bracket that you'll see your light blowing away in the first storm. 2-the solar panel is designed to only be mounted on a South or East facing wall. If you need to have the light face north, the solar panel's only orientation is flat (90 degrees to the ground). It cannot be angled to the south for better sunlight in the winter. Very strange as the rest of the lighting system seems very well designed. I like the light and have no problems with it working. ... show more

One of my best purchases on Amazon. I've had several of these lights for over a year now. I have yet to have any issues with them. The function properly, they are very bright, and the motion sensors work very well. They aren't too big and easy to install. Despite the size, they light up a very large area.
