The battery charged well. I have solar lights everywhere on the farm; this is the only solar light so far that works well during sunny and cloudy days and last at least 5 hours till around midnight. Easy install is the big plus for me to want to buy it again! It's bright and lasts all night when activated by motion. Before installed it I took a photo next to my tv remote to reference the size. It's not huge like the other lights but it doesn't need to be-it's still super bright. Overall, compared to other solar lights I have, this is the first set that I want to buy again. ... show more
