    • Manufacturer has the worst customer svc
Unfortunately I can’t even review the product because I never got to use it. Let me begin with saying the manufacturer has the worst customer service. Because Amazon does this “third party” thing - even though the manufacturer say “call for replacement parts” on Amazon’s site and app - they will not help you in any way. Don’t mind that you spent over $1000 and they already have their money from the rack being sold to these “third-party” people - if the third party messes up (and mine did - they did not send me any mounting hardware; and they have no contact number and get the luxury of waiting 48 hours to respond to Amazon for any issue…)well… you’re screwed. unfortunately - I need this rack to be ready in 36 hours and have no means to do so - the manufacturer refuses to send me any parts. I even offered to pay - they said I’d essentially have to buy a whole new rack - and if something like this happens again, they would send me a replacement because I bought it directly from them. “Are you kidding me?” I responded. She hung up on me. So I have $1200 of useless metal that I am repacking and returning - the rack part at least - it’s all I have… kayak weekend ruined. ... show more
