Make sure to open close to where you will be putting it because it starts to expand quickly and it’s not too heavy but it’s not light once it’s in full you know. I deal with chronic pain and I thought the bed would help me out. I ordered the Medium firm and it’s comfortable but it’s very soft sometimes. It’s seems you have to find the right spot sometimes. The middle seems to be the firmest and it’s soft going towards the edges. It’s a good mattress overall for the price. Just make sure to buy the right firmness for you. This mattress is very soft but the sides do not support like described and it says it’s medium firm but it’s really soft to me. Overall a nice mattress though.

At first I liked it but once we let it air for 48hrs we laid on it and it’s very soft. Uncomfortable for 2 people I tried returning it it won’t let me because I need to put it in the original packaging. How though ? lol it might be good for little kids

This was my first time ever buying a mattress in a box. In fact, I was expecting a giant mattress sized box similar to what TVs come in. I was surprised when it showed up and the mattress was rolled up in a smaller box. I had read other reviews about this mattress and those ratings and reviews led me to buy this. They all mentioned to be careful when slow when opening it as it might pop out. I heeded that advice and am glad I did. Please be careful and slow to avoid it unrolling and popping out. Once it was unrolled, directions were super easy to follow. Just it breathe for 8-72 hours (the longer the better) and you can sleep. This mattress is incredibly comfortable and supportive. It's not too soft or firm. I don't feel like I'm sinking and sleeping on quicksand on it but also doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on the pavement. This mattress is the perfect balance and I cannot believe I got it on Amazon for such a low price. I definitely will be getting another when the time comes for a new one! ... show more

We upgraded our 9 yo's bedroom which included a bigger bed. I ordered this mattress because of the price point and considered using it for myself but quickly decided to let her keep it. It's soft, sure, and she sleeps fine on it but for an adult who is used to a certain level of support, it wouldn't do for me.
