So, I was super stoked to get these they’re so cute, but they are cheaply made and I think they were made for people with no heels. I have narrow feet and I could not get my foot in past the heel. I had my friend who is a twig try them on thinking maybe it was just me and she couldn’t either. So they’re either made for a mannequin or an alien with no heels. Super disappointed. Beautiful but hopefully they fit! I ordered size 8 because they are a gift and I know her size is close to mine. I received 7.5. Her bday and Taylor Swift concert are in October. Stunning boots but not if they don't fit. Now I have to give up the surprise early....darn

I was sent the incorrect size, however my return was very easy and my refund quick. The boot itself is very lovely. For the price, I was concerned that it might look cheap, but was pleasantly surprised that it did not. If you chose to order these boots, pay very particular attention to the size chart and measure your feet as per the instructions. After I received the incorrect size, I remeasured my feet and realized that even if I had been sent the correct size, this boots would not have fit because the footbed is too narrow. The boots a made well. Most of the time western boots run snug but these actually run on the larger side. I am a 7 1/2 in shoes but I always order a size 8 in boots. I could have easily ordered a 7 1/2 in this boot!
