  • Perfect for summer, spring, and fall weather camp outs
Size: LH Zip Color: Olive
I absolutely love how light weight this bag is. It takes up hardly any valuable real estate in my backpack. I didn't really get cold at night as long as the temperatures were above 45ish degrees. I also really like the mosquito netting concept.

  • Great lightweight bag at a good price.
Size: LH Zip Color: Olive
This is a perfect summer sleeping bag for me. It is lightweight and packs small. Easy to take on backpacking trips or in the truck.

  • So good they took it from me.
Size: LH Zip Color: Olive
This is my second time ordering this, my first one was stolen because it’s such a good sleeping bag. It’s light weight, packs small, warmer than bigger bags, and has a mosquito net that the desert model doesn’t have. My only advice is to get a pink or purple sleeping bag if you don’t want your equipment to get stolen. ... show more

  • Top of the line versatile three season bag
Size: LH Zip Color: Olive
This is a fantastic lightweight sleeping bag that packs really well and provides reasonably good protection from the elements for a sleeping bag. This is an ideal bag for 3 season backpacking trips in moderately temperate weather, and is all you ever would need for sleeping indoors anytime of the year. I have yet to field test it over the course of months, but it seems like it will hold up provided it's used properly. This bag offers a great deal of versatility. The water and wind resistant outer layer plus the mosquito net make this thing almost like a bivy sack, in that it could be used standalone in an emergency. If the ambient temperature is too hot, it's rectangular shape allows it to be zipped out into a blanket you can lay on top of. Actually being inside the bag in above 75 degree weather would likely be a bit too warm if you run a bit hot as I do. But in this case any sort of sleeping bag wouldn't be ideal and you would be better off in a hammock or a simple bivy sack with no insulation. I still plan on taking this to tropical Colombia with me in a few weeks, the super nice pack size still makes it worth lugging and it will at least be useful for beach camping. The mosquito netting is a nice bonus feature. It isn't ideal as any netting that rests on your face would be. It could use a tie out so you can tie it up to a tree or a stick and have it suspended above your face. I may be able to rig such a system with some paracord threaded to the zippers just to give the net some upward tension. Without the tie out or a better way to apply tension to the net, I'm not going to detract a star form the bag as it is truly a nice bonus feature. Also my paracord through the zipper idea may work, where there's a will there's a way. Comfort wise I really like it as it feels soft on the inside yet not sticky. First night I got it I got in to see what it was like and ended up taking a little nap so it's definitely comfy. In indoor ambient temps I didn't sweat, although I also didn't use the netting aspect. Definitely plan on taking this on any trip where I may be couch surfing, as it can just as easily become a blanket too. All in all this is a fantastic top level item for anyone looking for a three season bag. It may be a bit too warm for the jungle, but if you were truly in a tropical climate you wouldn't be bringing a sleeping bag in lieu of a hammock or bivy. I can see this being great for nights in the desert, and would even use it for summer camping in the northeast. ... show more

  • It’s ok

It’s ok, light weight and slippery fabric. Zipper has gotten caught a couple of times. Spent 3 nights in the bag.

  • Nice bag but
Size: LH Zip Color: Olive
This is a decent bag for warmer climates, it is actually light weight and can compress down pretty small. This is my wife's bag for her gear; it fits her fine and I can get in as well (not together though, we tried). Shes about 5 three. Larger folk, like me at 6 two and 230lbs still fit alright as long as you don't try to sprawl about. The material is decent and took a coating of water proofing just fine, I only put a small amount on though to deal with the ground as we live in the desert. It seems to be relatively resistant to rips and so on and the seems of the zipper and side stitches all felt strong. The stuff sack was a little strange to me though, My bag is a Jungle Bag I got from CTD and that bag had a sturdier feel to it though the rest of the dimensions and so on were about the same, I will say the material on the CTD Bag felt a little hardier than this one did. In all I'd say it is a decent buy but you might be able to find thee same thing for a little cheaper ... show more

  • This is an excellent hot weather sleeping bag!
Size: LH Zip Color: Olive
These are first rate sleeping bags for hot and warm weather. I purchased one, tried it out for three months, and then bought a second one for my wife, too. My wife and I have used them in Florida for over a year and are absolutely delighted with them. Comfortable down to 50 degrees. Machine wash and dry. Made of all synthetic materials with a built-in, easy to put away, very fine insect mesh that protects from mosquitoes and sand flies. Very light weight and compact. We use a Sea To Summit Adaptor Coolmax Travel Liner in the Florida winter that adds a few ounces in exchange for more warmth and easier washing. I have also sprayed them twice with Sawyer Premium Permethrin Clothing Insect Repellent Trigger Spray during the bug season without problem. We have used them for tent, hammock, and minimalist tarp and raft camping. You can join two together to make a double bag for couples and they can be fully opened as a blanket, too. If you are looking for an easy to use, light, compact, reasonably priced, good quality summer bag, you've found it! The delivery was very fast, too, both times. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Almost good but they didn't think it through
Size: LH Zip Color: Olive
Don't buy a matching pair - they don't match. Well, they almost match. The problem is, to get the mosquito nets to match up, you have to rotate the paired bag 90 degrees. That fixes the problem of not having the nets in the right place, but it means your feet zippers are now perpendicular to the ground, so you lose a lot of space. Not a critical issue since you don't need as much room there, but it's still not great. Problem is, the LH and RH are not the same size. The RH is taller by several inches and wider by about an inch. leaving several gaping holes in the bag. So much for protecting against mosquitos. I love the idea of the thing, but they should have actually zipped two together in the lab so they could see the issues and fix them before selling them. ... show more
