folks I ordered this SMUG electric desk at Amazon; It was delivered on time and I opened the box and I mistakenly started a return when I saw the product manual. Thought I got the wrong item. My wife convince me to at least open the box and inspect the contents in box; I was glad I listened to my boss. Found it was exactly what I ordered originally. The Electric desk was elegant, flawless and a thing of beauty. Installation was a breeze. The manufacturers labeled the component pieces so discreet that my 12 year old can assemble the desk without any adult assistant. I wanted a standing desk to pair with my walking pad and this one is perfect. It’s heavy duty and the motor to adjust the height makes it easy to do so. Putting it together took me a little while to figure out but was simple enough. I highly recommend a drill for the screws because this thing killed my hangs manually screwing in the short screws with a regular screw driver. This set comes with a screw driver of its own which is a nice touch but it didn’t last through the whole process and became stripped. Rip. Otherwise, after some gnarly grip and wrist workouts I got this put together. It’s HEAVY and well worth the effort so far. ... show more

It did arrive with a small imperfection in one of the table top pieces, but I emailed the manufacturer and they responded within 24hrs with tracking for a replacement panel that is on its way! I needed to downgrade my huge L shaped work station to a smaller one and I decided the best for my health is to get one with height control. This table was way cheaper than others still with good reviews. I love the end result. I have way much more living space and I use a the table a lot as a standing desk. Plus my toddler is not able to take everything off of the table anymore. It was a bit of a hassle to set it up to align the table top. I don’t like that the table top is made of two separate boards instead of only one. It has a very simple look, not especially great but average, however it is very comfortable, easy to use and way better than just sitting in front of your desk.
