I bought this helmet to replace my 3 year old Smith which was solid gray. The "Wild" design is out of the box for my usual conservative attire but I love the wild zebra stripes and and pink and blue decal.

Very noisy at any speed. Comfortable, light and great fitting helmet. But the noise is unbearable. I did back to back testing with two other high end road helmets and the Smith Trace was by far the noisiest. The wind noise blocks out the sound of a approaching car. Great helmet for gravel or MTB rides I guess. But not on the road. ... show more
