My suggestion is - Tie little knots at the ends of the ties/toggles to ensure they don’t disappear inside the holes because their lengths are a bit shorter than I expected. I bought a large as other had said to size up. They are a bit big so I believe these are true to size. The image makes the legs seem much more narrow but they are quite wide, which on my short figure is not very flattering and they look frumpy. I ordered one pair of these to try them out and they worked well so I ordered several more. Some of them fit nicely, some are a bit tight but loosen up with wear and some of them I can’t get over my hips.
