Beautiful machine. Excellent espresso and cappuccinos Got it for a great price here on Amazon and it's beautiful. I suggest a warehouse deal. The froth is thick and wonderful and the espresso is flavorful and perfect every time. Asthetics are freaking gorgeous and fit my retro 50s 60s 70s mix inspired kitchen and I love it. I couldn't be happier with this machine. The one thing I noted is that it's a tad noisy when pulling shots but the sound ends gast because it makes your cup fast. I didn't have issues with the frothing wand but would like it longer. Not a concern much to me as I will eventually upgrade to the smeg frothing appliance ... show more

I love this machine! It is very easy to use. It makes a beautiful espresso and cappuccino. I don’t know if it’s because I hand grind my own beans but it’s the most delicious espresso I’ve ever had, not bitter at all. I purchased the Java planet brand, espresso blend coffee beans. It’s absolutely delicious! The only downside is that the machine is made mostly of plastic and it’s a little loud. I purchased it from Amazon warehouse and saved quite a bit of money. Love my pink Smeg coffee, espresso, Capp machine! Purchased the larger toaster too. Both work great, look adorable on my counter as well. The only issue I have and I'm sure it's just me is getting the temp right for my coffee. Following directions, but not as hot as I would like it, thinking I haven't got the touch after flashing sequence down. Love it though! ... show more

This espresso maker is so high tech and pretty I love it! Yes it is expensive, however, you are paying for the engineering, name, and style. I love that I can adjust the heat of the espresso, the hardness of the water, and the amount of time after use before it shuts off.     • It’s alright i guess
it’s very cute, just like the picture which is why i initially bought it, but for such a high price the looks don’t make up for the quality of the espresso/steam wand/machine. the pink is plastic, not metal which i guess i should’ve expected because of how bright it is, so that’s on me. It feels cheap because of this. The handle on the portafilter/coffee handle is also plastic, making it feel cheap as well. The steam wand is ok…, but definitely not good enough to justify the overall price it’s very short and stubby, and there’s only one hole for the steam to come out of making the milk get much more large bubbles than a typical 3 hole steam wand. The espresso is just… so so. Better than drinking drip coffee over ice if making iced drinks, but i don’t know if i would buy this is you’re looking to make any sort of cappuccino or americano or otherwise hot and or unflavored espresso drink, the quality at this price range is just not there. There are other options at this price for much better espresso! If you like this because of the size, and the fact that it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space, Breville has an option this size and a similar price that would probably make much better espresso (i returned this one for the breville barista pro and it was worth it). All in all, the color is amazing cause i love pink, but everything else just outweighed the aesthetics. The espresso is ok, not horrible but not in the $500s pricerange good. ... show more
