These are better than standard blender bottles for people on the go. The cup isn't as thick as a blender bottle but you don't have to deal with the stupid wire ball which is a serious plus. If your like me and your time is limited then this thing is awesome! I pre mix my pre workout in the cup and put my protein in the attached container and I'm out the door. The only downside is the cups are kind of hard to see your water level through at just a glance but if you hold it up to a light you can see just fine ... show more

I’m actually really happy with this! I ordered the AC/DC and KISS (still waiting on the KISS one as of this review) I had my skepticism about how well it would or wouldn’t work without a shaker ball thingy. It mixed everything up really well. Plus I love the cool rocker esthetic and bands I know of and listen to lol because current bands ….I’m so not current hahahahaha! I don’t feel like I will ever use the bottom cup for powders. Maybe vitamins but I doubt it. More likely it’ll be snacks like trail mix. And I am also likely to use these for snacks and drinks for the kids too. I am actually pretty happy with this and didn’t expect to be too impressed. So that was nice. ... show more

I love shaker cups and have bought so many throughout the years, but this one has to be one of my favorites. I love how it has a place at the bottom of the cup so that I can keep powders in there for later so that I don't have to bring a big thing of pre work out with me. I like how it has the measurement on the side, which is in fl oz or ml, that way I don't have to use another item to make sure that I have the amount that I need. The bottle has a really good seal and nothing was able to get out which does happen with other brands. I also really like that it's dishwasher safe and freezer safe so that I can get my drink colder faster. Overall this cup is amazing and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it.
