Very brittle plastic. When it gets cold it WILL crack, no doubt. The locks broke on the first one and all I did was TOUCH it. Sent it back and was dumb enough to get a second, which also CAME broken. I needed a quick fix though and was able to rig it to work. The door is all one piece, 12 screws, but omg thr plastic parts in the handles are absolutely brittle and if you touch it, it just disintegrates. I had already cut the hole for this so I had to rig the lock with E6000. It will last a little while if I am easy with it. Just don't get it! I had to escalate my complaint but I did get a full refund and kept the broken door since it was already installed. Junk. Pure junk. ... show more

Installed on 14ft creek boat. It was pretty easy to install. Seems good closes and locks like its should and keeps the water out. Traced the outside edge to cut hole for the install wish it came with a stencil to use to get a more accurate hole.

This is the 3rd one I have ordered and will have to return . Because it has a broken Latch. Just like the ones before. Nice door's. But the latches aren't very good. I'm hoping to get a few latches to replace the broken one if you can so I don't have to send the whole door'.. thanks

I had to return the first one because out of the box the latch was broke. So I returned that and got my replacement in. This one came without any damage. I went to open the latch and it immediately snapped. So from two of them I know the latches are insanely cheap.
