I like most of the watches features like large readable screen, blood pressure, oxygen level, length of sleep. I wish there were better instructions on what some of the icons means.. I was able to contact the seller and they answered back quickly. Still unable to link my phone to my watch and they sent me some videos to watch but unable to access them. I was hesitant to buy this watch because of the low price but I am so glad I did. The watch is easy to read and stylish. I bought it mainly to track my steps but I am finding myself using all the features of the watch. It was easily paired with my phone and works well! I especially love the heart rate monitor and blood pressure monitor. You can’t beat it for the price! The only thing that I would change is the sensitivity of the watch when changing screens. Sometimes the screen switches when I do not intend it to. I am not 100% sure if I can adjust this (I will find out) a very minor issue that I certainly can live with! Great value for the price! Most of the negative reviews I saw before purchasing this were about the battery life. I have had no issues, but I charge it every night. The charge is often still in the 90% range when I plug it in. The only negative for me so far is the magnetic charger. Sometimes it slips off and doesn't fully charge. I ordered 2 extra cords and the first set I received didn't work with this watch. I love everything about this smart watch (which btw is an AMAZINGLY nice alternative for the several hundred dollar more expensive apple watch). It came super fast, easy to set up and use. Works great. I am able to easily an accurately make and receive calls, enjoy all of the benefits of any other smart watch/fitness tracker. My previous (way more expensive) Garmin brand didn't half the capabilities. So, being tired of not being able to answer the calls nor make/return calls I decided to give this product a try. with the low price, high rating, and the money back trial period I felt I couldn't really go wrong and I do not think that I did. However, after 3 days the very first time I attempted to exchange the band from the one that was on it when arrived, to the actual one that I had selected at checkout. I didn't realize that it surprisingly, for this price, it not only workled but actually came with not one but three different cute bands. Unfortunately as you can see in the photos the little ball needed to slide to use in order to get the prong to contract enough to lock into place on the watch itself just popped off and broke immediately. I was pretty upset as I had actually got to like and use that band as well. Having had several other brands of smart watches I am very familiar with the quick release style bands. This should not have happened. No excessive force was used, the pin was not placed in a bind when broken. It was as if it was already about to fall off and all it took was a simple deliberate touch to make it fall off. That, and the fact I can not REPLY but only read incoming messages are the only two down sides I have been able to find so far. I am currently in the process of trying to get a replacement pin or band so that I may utilize all of the beautiful and complimentary bands that came with it. I will update with more information on the customer service from this seller as soon as I get more information on how they intend to handle the issue of the faulty band. ... show more

Great watch for a great price. I have only had mine for about a week but it works great. I still have some things to figure out but for what i use it for i love it. Honestly if I could figure out how to silence the ringer on it without having to turn off Bluetooth connection or call capability I would be good. But right out the box the tiny bars connecting the wrist bands easily drop out and good luck finding it. It also won't download my contacts which might be my phones fault. Both reasons for only 4 stars. I haven't yet used it as a phone. Other than that I am happy with this watch.

The watch was very easy to set up and to use. It is comfortable and very pretty and functions perfectly with my android phone. I give it a 4 rating because the battery life is very poor. I end up having to charge it pretty much daily, although I must say it does charge very quickly.
