    • Nice watch but still waiting for my refund
The watch was very nice but I returned it on October 29th because I wanted a larger one BUT I still have not received my refund. I'm wondering what's taking so long. I returned it at the local Amazon locker along with some other items which I have already received my refund. What's up? I returned this watch at the Amazon locker on 10/29/24 and I'm still waiting for my refund. It's been well over one month that I was told it might take for my refund.     • Watch doesn't work. Hard to return.
This watch doesn't work. I tried to pair it four times, and then called Apple Support. They said it's dead. The seller offers only one way to return the watch -- UPS has to come to the house, and someone has to be home to sign for it. This doesn't work for me. I need to be able to bring it to UPS myself and send it back, for free. I've wasted another hour now trying to talk to someone at Amazon who can help me return the watch. I must say, I was really concerned when I opened the box. The actual watch face wasn’t even packaged or protected…was just floating around in the box. Strangely, the bands were well protected in bubble wrap. Thankfully it doesn’t seem too outwardly effected by this…there was mild smudging and faint scratches but it seems to be working well. Set up took a little time but no where near as complicated as expected (and the introductions included weren’t helpful…they mention having to mess with my phones SIM card but I didn’t require any of that…just charged them powered off the face, then followed the pairing instructions via my phone and the watch itself). From their easy feature set up and the charger it came with, while super generic and only USB, is working. I suppose time will only tell as far as the battery life and if there are any specific defects when using but I’m hopeful. Seems worth the reduced price point and I was sold on the idea of it being climate friendly (reduce, reuse, recycle! ♻️🌍) ... show more

I’ve been wanting an apple watch for a while but couldn’t justify spending hundreds of dollars at the apple store. This watch works just as good as the newer ones that apple has put out. Definitely worth the price, i wear this every day!
