I have had it for a month at this point. The display blacked out for days(3-4) recently. During those days only the morning alarm would sound or a random call could connect. Before I had a moment to contact tech support it started working again. So now I turn it off at night and on when I wake. I do love that I can talk to a caller and view in coming text messages. I love that I can upload photos to personalize the face. Don't like that It won't sync with my Contacts which is weird because when I get a text it displays the special names I gave to those in my Contacts. Do like...It tracks heart health and sends Health reminders. The band is sturdy. It tells time, has a timer, easy/fast charging and has a Wake gesture; DND feature and Find my Phone feature. Kept it. I would’ve given it 4-5 stars IF we were able to respond to text🥲 at my job we’re not really allowed to have our phones & I really wanted a smart watch w/o spending the full price for one so I went hunting for a dupe on Amazon. This one is pretty good for $50! You can receive text (emojis do not appear & sometimes the contact name doesn’t either but if it’s someone you text a lot you’ll recognize the #) As for calls, you can receive them & answer/talk through the watch- (again sometimes the contact name will not Appear) but the quality of the call and how loud the sound is is perfect, they can hear me great too. Also have a hard time getting my “favorite” contacts to transfer over to the watch only 2 save but whatever lol Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, fb, fb messenger notifications & more are able to appear on the watch but those are the select few I care to see. It has an alarm/timer. Sleep, stress, walking, workout management & monitoring - these idc too much about but it’s cool to look at here & there just because.. you can change your screensaver as well - through the VERYFIT app under device> watch face. You will control alot more settings and features of the watch with this app, overall for a quick notifier when you can’t have your phone this cheaper watch is perfect. Also has find my iPhone & you can control your music on your phone through the watch (rewind-next-volume) love it & the Pink is soooo pretty 🤩 🩷 really satisfied. Update****the company reached out to me quickly to get this resolved. They offered to give full refund or for a new product to be returned. Even said to keep the watch to continue testing and make suggestions for improvement. They mentioned the watch could have a bad senor or firmware.This company really is a legit great customer company. I was truly stressed over the research I did before buying the watch and it having issues but how they have conducted themselves proves that they care and want the best for their customers and are willing to make things right and knowledgeable as to what could be wrong with the watch. Thank you. Previous review:The watch itself has a lot of features. But the only app it seems to pair with is very fit. Which I should had read the reviews every since a march update it doesn't stay connected.. I have had that experience too. My heart rate alert doesn't alert me. The watch battery last for about a day and half. That is with calls sent to phone, Facebook, text, heart alert, Alexa. But hardly had any calls/texfacebook alerts. Alexa keeps disconnecting. Phone doesn't keep a running min by min heart rate. You press the button to see what you heart rate is just like on regular smart watches. Sleep seems accurate. My heart rate has been saying wear tighter but it is tight. The sleep isn't being recorded. Waiting on the company to respond on the issues I am having.
