Not even a year in with this watch and both wristband loops broke apart. Also, the wristband is a bit short if you have a bigger wrist. Would not buy it again.

I bought it in may and now in September the battery stopped charging. So I contacted the company and they shipped me a brand new one in three days. Otherwise I haven’t had any other issues and all the features I use work good.

I bought this watch because I keep my phone on vibrate all the time. I can't always feel the phone vibrating in my pocket, so I got this watch to alert me to calls, messages, etc. Well, it works about half the time. The thing doesn't always stat connected to my phone. I have no idea why. Also, it doesn't have the ability to add apps to the watch. What is on it is what you get. Overall, it is fine for what I need it to do. So far so good (I've had it a few days). The HR and BP features are helpful and seem consistent. The sleep tracking doesn't always seem accurate (it has some wild swings) but it's generally helpful. The phone answering was frustrating (difficult to override, and sound quality wasn't very good), but I figured out how to turn that off in the app. Note that you have to install the app. It's the only way to sync the time and control the features. In comparison with other similar items I believe the balance price-quality is outstanding. As you see in the pictures it is still wet from the shower. I haven't use it in pools but so far so good. The battery life is crazy, I use to walk in the morning almost daily and it resist the whole week with one charge.
